Ernesto Rodriguez, Vice President of Customer Success at LaundryLux, is a pivotal leader in driving customer satisfaction, retention and growth across our global customer base. Ernesto brings 15 years of field engineering expertise in commercial laundry and a decade of experience in technical training for industries like nuclear power and semiconductor fabrication.  At LaundryLux, Ernesto is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience by uncovering and addressing pain points in our current interactions and processes. He oversees the training and education of internal employees and external clients, customers, owners, distributors, and technicians in the product knowledge and technical knowledge required to sell, distribute, service, install, maintain, and promote our products.
