Sales Operations Coordinator
What we are looking for: The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational assistance to a sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and effective customer interaction. They handle tasks like managing schedules, preparing sales materials, processing orders, and providing customer support. Their role is crucial for enabling the sales team to focus on selling activities and achieving their targets.

Back to the role:
What you will do:
- Coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes, and create sales proposals for customers
- Coordinate CRM management for sales team
- Support Sales team with Logistics
- Review Sales/Ancillary orders confirming margins and correct product identification.
- Manage open orders
- Following up with internal departments to move sales forward, support Electrolux Distribution customers, distributors and end users
- Be the liaison for Electrolux distributors for all things Laundrylux
- Maintain effective communications with corporate teams across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales team.
- Provide outstanding customer service and help the sales team meet their targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What you should have:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with customers and team members.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer support and building positive relationships.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales processes or customer inquiries.
- Detailed and efficient
- Punctuality, reliability, and integrity is a must.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Education and Experience:
- At least two years administrative experience in a sales support role.
- Previous experience in the commercial laundry space is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary Range:
- $25.00-$31.00 per hour Depending on Experience
