Service Specialist
What we are looking for:
The Service Specialist obtains orders for sales and service contracts by performing meet and greets with laundromat owners. They also service and repair laundry equipment in a safe and courteous manner and in accordance with Laundrylux established standards and procedures.

Back to the role:
What you will do:
- Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations.
- Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor.
- Offer installation/parts support when needed.
- Addresses all service and parts calls, customer support role.
- Coordinates and schedules service calls for team and customers.
- Supports team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects.
- Canvases markets and drops off mailers.
- Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
- Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Maintain time and service records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with helping key accounts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
What you should have:
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
- Valid Driver’s License
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in installation and repair of commercial equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Travel Required:
- Frequent travel to customer locations.
- Overnight travel on occasions
Salary Range:
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour Depending on Experience
