Warranty Support Coordinator
The Warranty Support Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to provide customer support by phone, setup service, parts research, clerical, and data entry requirements within the Technical Call Center environment. Employee will help the specialists as related to data entry, warranty case creation, order and RMA creation and other related support duties.
Organization
This position reports to the Warranty & Field Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical documentation to clients as per the direction of the technical care.
· Dispatch service for our customers with product failures.
· Follow up on all dispatches for customer satisfaction.
· Provide customer support by phone, e-mail or other methods addressing related warranty processing issues, providing/interpreting part numbers and processing warranty orders, processing warranty credits & warranty claims.
· Data entry duties related to all processes for case creation, warranty parts, warranty equipment orders and RMA orders with an Epicor ERP system
· Provide technical documentation to clients as per the direction of the technical care team.
· Stay current with system information, changes and updates
· Register new equipment into Epicor system
· Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements:
· Data entry and case creation experience within an ERP system
· Enhanced knowledge of MS office suite, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· 3 – 5 years of Experience in the areas of technical support and customer service
· Technical call center experience a plus
· Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Organized, focused and detailed-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and manage time well.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a manner that supports client needs.
· Analytical problem-solving skills.
· Excellent judgment and decision-making ability.
· Great attitude and displays personal/professional motivation.
· Team player & adaptable
