Recruitment Manager – LaundryLux-Human ResourcesMaureen Rowley is the Recruitment Manager at LaundryLux, where she leads talent acquisition and full lifecycle recruiting for both LaundryLux and LaundryLux Distribution. In her role, Maureen partners with hiring managers across the organization to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, attract and source top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, review feedback, and guide hiring decisions. She is dedicated to building strong talent pipelines by actively engaging with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Maureen also collaborates with HR colleagues, including payroll and benefits teams, to facilitate a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Before joining LaundryLux, Maureen held several leadership roles in recruitment, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Valtech, a global digital agency in New York, and Recruiting Manager at Xceed Group, a UK-based IT consultancy.
